Management Team

As the third generation of the WH Williams family, Dean was prepared for his role as Managing Director by his father Harold during many years of collaborative work. As well as his daily involvement in information technology and finances, Dean’s primary focus is on the strategic direction of the company.

Allan is the leader of the WH Williams team, implementing Dean’s strategic direction. As a former customer of the company for 24 years, Allan applies his accessible and approachable manner to the operational side of the business that benefits both our customers and employees.

Jim began working at WH Williams in 1981 as a factory hand and has been managing the sales and CAD teams for over six years. Jim has extensive, hands-on experience in a broad spectrum of areas of the business which he passes on through sound staff training.

Yaz began working as a dispatch officer at WH Williams in 2003. Today, he is responsible for managing factory operations and reports to customers on their lead times. Handling up to 50 jobs per day, Yaz ensures smooth workflow from one department to the next.
