Our capabilities for complex bends is made possible by a 6-axis backgauge and segmented offset tools which are able to create deep, narrow and intricate items such as transitions. Perfectly accurate angles are achieved while our production process remains flexible along the way.
While our tools and protective coatings aid us in ensuring materials remain unmarked during the bending process, our advanced machinery allows us to handle lengths of up to 4,000 millimetres and apply a force of up to 320 tonnes. Three Trumpf press brake machines onsite are designed for items of varying sizes and complexity, providing extremely large bending spaces and shorter lead times.
Our programming software allows rapid setup to occur during production to improve efficiency and minimize human error. We calculate the most suitable bending sequence and determine the correct tool combinations with possible collisions highlighted during an animated simulation of the bending process. The bending team’s expertise is constantly added to our database to ensure ongoing accuracy of bending allowances and techniques, creating better value for customers.
