Our entirely integrated Panasonic welding system can store all program settings and configurations so that setup time is minimised. Typically impossible with robots, our cell is configured so that small production runs are also possible. This is because our sophisticated machinery specialises in rapid setups. A 1900 millimetre radius reach with a 3000 x 1000 jig table not only welcomes in the larger items but can comfortably handle smaller items as well.
The MIG welding machine is designed for mild steel but is also capable of producing precise welds in stainless steel. The machinery’s rotary positioning system with a 500 kilogram capacity axes controller is interfaced to the robot controller with harmonious software.
This allows for quick and easy teaching of offset workpieces that are welded on the positioner. The robot has a consistent, smooth movement resulting in a perfect finish in every repetition.
